We had a fantastic stay at the ground floor flat in Leamington Spa. The flat was beautifully decorated and had a modern and brand new bathroom and kitchen. The location was perfect, being close to the town centre and train station. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast at 'Lina's' nearby. The flat was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including towels. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the bathroom door not closing properly and the lighting being a bit stark, our overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting Leamington Spa. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

it was best base for travelling to leamington spa, i was glad to stay there. shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available here. location was good and great, near to a train station, so you can save on transportation. i stayed 6 nights and didn't want to say goodbye.

It was located in a quiet area so close to a supermarket and the centre, Really close to everything we wanted and at the end of the road.

The lack of bedside lamps and hanging space in the bedroom is a drawback.

This made it really convenient for exploring the area. there was a great breakfast place called Lina's nearby, which was a nice bonus. the flat itself had a charming decor and the kitchen and bathroom were modern and brand new, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

the bed was quite uncomfortable and in need of a new mattress. It made sleeping difficult and I woke up several times throughout the night.

We stayed at a beautiful ground floor flat in Leamington Spa and were pleasantly surprised by its size and comfort. the flat was practically brand new with huge windows and a massive ceiling, making it much larger than a typical 2-bed flat. the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, and the shower was excellent. the host was very responsive to our questions and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and the town center. We found it to be excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, or Kenilworth. the flat had all the necessary utensils and furnishings, as well as parking and laundry facilities. a well thought out and enjoyable stay. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 👍.

my second stay in leamington spa was even better with the lovely 1 bed ground floor flat. the modern kitchen and bathroom were a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect, close to the town centre, train station, and a beautiful park. everything was clean and comfortable.
